WEEKLY WORSHIP FOR NOVEMBER 22/23, 2025 LX620-48 "GOD IS FAITHFUL"

SABBATH & SUNDAY WORSHIP MESSAGE

NOVEMBER 22/23, 2025

{LX 620-48}

DECLARATION

For [we are not] ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. { Rom 1:16-17 KJV}

SABBATH MEDITATIONS

"TOLDOT" (Generations)

Genesis 25:19-28:9; Malachi 1:1-2:7; Romans 9:6-29

Now these are the genealogies of Isaac, Abraham’s son. Abraham fathered Isaac. Isaac was 40 years old when he took for himself Rebekah, the daughter of Bethuel the Aramean from Paddan-aram, the sister of Laban the Aramean, to be his wife. Isaac prayed to Adonai on behalf of his wife because she was barren. Adonai answered his plea and his wife Rebekah became pregnant. (Gen 25:19-21 TLV)

SUNDAY MESSAGE

"GOD IS FAITHFUL"

1 Cor 1:9

[Sing to the Lord, lift up your voices]

OPENING PRAYER

Our Father in Heaven, thank You for gathering all of us together as a congregation to fellowship and worship Your Holy Name. Grant us the favor of open ears, hearts and souls as we receive Your Word from on high in Jesus, AMEN.

MESSAGE

When 66 year old Preacher and Theologian Arthur Pink went home to the Lord, {1886-1952}, he left an indelible and remarkable resource through his in depth survey of the ATTRIBUTES OF GOD. Of these many unchangeable ATTRIBUTES, today we are focused on the FAITHFULNESS of GOD, faithful in all things, at all times!

Instead of approaching the topic of FAITHFULNESS by entering the FRONT DOOR, Pastor Pink unlocks the back door to this specific survey for a revealing and quite remarkable revelation of what being FAITHFUL means by observing the tragedy of the UNFAITHFUL!

If you find yourself confused by this approach, the confusion will quickly evaporate.

Pink writes; "UNFAITHFULNESS IS ONE OF THE MOST OUTSTANDING sins of these evil days." In the business world, a man’s word is, with exceedingly rare exceptions, no longer his bond. In the social world, marital infidelity abounds on every hand, the sacred bonds of wedlock being broken with as little regard as the discarding of an old T-Shirt."

"In the ecclesiastical realm, thousands who have solemnly entered a covenant, and make no [attempt] to attack and deny UNFAITHFULNESS. Nor can reader or writer or LISTENER claim complete immunity from this fearful sin. In how many ways have we been unfaithful to Christ, and to the light and privileges which God has entrusted to us?"

Arthur Pink then provides a new focal point; "How refreshing, then, how unspeakably blessed, to lift our eyes above this scene of ruin, and behold One who is faithful—faithful in all things, faithful at all times."

Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations; (Deu 7:9 KJV)

This quality is essential to His being; without it He would not be God. According to Arthur Pink, For God to be unfaithful would be to act contrary to His nature, which [is] impossible: “If we believe not, yet He abideth faithful; therefore He cannot deny Himself” (II Tim 2:13).

Faithfulness is just one of the glorious perfections of His being. He is, as it were, clothed with it: “O LORD God of hosts, who is a strong LORD like

unto Thee? or to Thy faithfulness round about Thee?” (Psa 89:8 KJV).

So too when God became incarnate it was said, Righteousness shall be the belt of His loins, And faithfulness the belt of His waist. (Isa 11:5 Nasb)

What a word is that in Psalm 36:5, “Thy mercy, O LORD, is in the heavens; and Thy faithfulness reacheth unto the clouds.”

Far above all finite comprehension is the unchanging faithfulness of God. Everything about God is great, vast, incomparable. He never forgets, never fails, never falters, never forfeits His word. To every declaration of promise or prophecy the Lord has exactly adhered, every engagement of covenant or threatening He will make good, for “God is not a man, that He should lie; neither the son of man, that He should repent: [has] He said, and shall He not do it? or [has] He spoken, and shall He not make it good?” (Num 23:19). Therefore does the believer exclaim, “His compassions fail not, they are new every morning: great is Thy faithfulness” (Lam 3:22,23 KJV).

SUMMARY

THE ATTRIBUTES OF GOD

All of the ATTRIBUTES of our Creator may be impossible to tally while we wear this fleshly uniform on earth. Learned Men and Theologians have long tossed around numbers ranging from "The BIG TEN ATTRIBUTES", and others saying 15 or twenty is more correct.

I find myself in the camp of those who recognizes that "WE JUST DO NOT KNOW!" And, we likely will not have the complete list until that day we arrive with open spiritual eyes in the KINGDOM and we see as GOD sees, as HE truly is!

The Solitariness of God, The Decrees of God, The Knowledge of God,

The Foreknowledge of God, The Supremacy of God,

The Sovereignty of God, The Immutability of God, The Holiness of God,

The Power of God, The Faithfulness of God, The Goodness of God,

The Patience of God, The Grace of God, The Mercy of God,

The Lovingkindness of God, The Love of God, The Love of God to Us,

The Wrath of God, The Contemplation of God.

God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of His Son, Jesus the Christ our Lord. (1Co 1:9 NKJV)

For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in your heart and soul through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height— to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to [HIS] power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.

(Eph 3:14-21 NKJV)

(1Jn 4:15 NKJV)- Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.

(1Jn 3:24 NKJV)- Now he who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. And by this we know that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us.

CLOSING PRAYER

Lord, it seems that the more we learn about You, the more we thirst for even more revelation. Guide us as we follow in the foot steps of Your precious Son. Grant us wisdom, discernment, spiritual awareness and patience in our quest. May our faith, behavior, and Your Words open the eyes and ears of others reflecting the Holy Spirit in witness to Your Glory --in Jesus, AMEN

SUNDAY MESSAGE

"THANK YOU LORD"

Psalm 107:1-9

[Sing a song to the Lord, lift up your voices]

OPENING PRAYER

Father God, Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit thank You for gathering us to congregation on this Holy Day. Grant us Wisdom, bless us with open ears, hearts and souls as we receive Your message from on High in the precious name of Jesus the Christ, AMEN

MESSAGE

THANK-YOU! Two small words capable of rendering a HUGE and positive accolade to others! Two small words that render RESPECT and APPRECIATION. Two tiny words that are almost universally positive!

We learn from our parents at an early age to say PLEASE and THANK-YOU toward others. acknowledging service, favor, or actions rendered.

I would say that everyone in this room are very quick to say thank-you to those in this community. Even when shopping or dining out, that polite rendering of gratitude is a part of our upbringing, our teaching. We know the weight that the words THANK-YOU brings to bear on others.

Over the course of a day or a week, how many THANK-YOUs do you personally give to HE who created you? Thank You Father. Thank You Jesus. Thank You Holy Spirit? When waking up in the morning, Do you have Thank-YOU on your lips?

One of the earliest direct expressions of THANK-YOU came from King David; So David blessed the LORD in the sight of all the assembly; and David said, "Blessed be thou, LORD God of Israel our father, for ever and ever. Now therefore, OUR GOD, we thank thee, and praise thy glorious name." (1Ch 29:10,13 KJV)

Jesus was comforting Martha while at the tomb of Lazarus, He was encouraging her in her beliefs. Jesus said to her, "Did I not say to you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?" So they removed the stone. Then Jesus raised His eyes, and said, "Father, I thank You that You have heard Me. (Joh 11:40-41 NAS95)

Even The Lord, by His own example, teaches all of us the need to express thanksgiving to our Creator no matter what our station in life might be, and to do so as often as we are led by the spirit.

The Apostle Paul always expressed his devotion to HE who saved the man named SAUL from eternal death, Paul replied "First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, because your faith is being proclaimed throughout the whole world." (Rom 1:8 NAS95) While traveling on the road to Damascus, Jesus convened a meeting with Paul resulting in a full salvation in a bit over three days, by the Grace of Our Lord!! I have no doubt that Paul delivered many, many prayers of thanksgiving for the favor that Jesus extended to him.

SUMMARY

Giving thanks to the Lord should be a lifelong habit of joy. Saying "Thank-You" Lord should never be burdensome nor complicated, or long-winded. Short, Sweet, and Sincere. For me personally, I cannot recall a time in the last decade where I was not already prepared being "spring-loaded" into the the Thanksgiving Position. It truly is habit forming!

The Lord used to wake me up at or about 3 a.m. (for some reason unknown to me, it seemed like 3 a.m. was HIS favorite time.) In those callings, I was wide awake, got up from bed, went into the next room and opened the Bible. There was no dialog, except, "Here am I, Lord", As I  read Holy Scripture, I would pray that HE would guide me, through the Holy Spirit to the chapter and verses He wanted me to absorb.  Time and time again, He did!

Once in a great while, I would come across words that seemed to jump right off the page! I had nothing to connect it to at that time, but later in the morning, or even in a day or two, a phone call, a conversation, a commercial, or my bride would say or do something that was a direct connection to the Scripture HE was guiding me to.

The three a.m. meetings are not as frequent as they were 7 or 8 years ago, but my morning habits have only gotten stronger! These days, my alarm goes off at 5 a.m., and my first words are "Thank-You Lord for the blessed rest and slumber." And I truly look forward to getting up, stepping outside to the patio in the back of the house, and gazing at the Canopy of Heaven, to the awesome beauty and vastness of YOUR Creation. I pray again to be equipped with all that is needed to accomplish His will this day. Always overwhelmed by the beauty and majesty of God's universe. I pray that it NEVER gets old or routine!  Staring at the darkened sky, I am so thankful that GOD has opened my eyes to actually see ETERNITY...in between the individual stars! Praise You Jesus!, Praise YOU Father God, AMEN

Oh give thanks to the LORD, for He is good, For His loving kindness is everlasting. Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, Whom He has redeemed from the hand of the adversary And gathered from the lands, From the east and from the west, From the north and from the south. They wandered in the wilderness in a desert region; They did not find a way to an inhabited city. They were hungry and thirsty; Their soul fainted within them. Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble; He delivered them out of their distresses. He led them also by a straight way, To go to an inhabited city. Let them give thanks to the LORD for His loving kindness, And for His wonders to the sons of men! For He has satisfied the thirsty soul, And the hungry soul He has filled with what is good. (Psa 107:1-9 NAS95)

How do you express thanksgiving to your CREATOR each day?  Is it planned, or perhaps spontaneous?  Do you thank HIM as soon as your feet hit the floor, or even before?  DO you wait until after breakfast?  Do you thank HIM often as you should?  Has it been a long time since you did?  If so, its is time TODAY to turn that around.  HE Created you.  HE is still with you NOW!  On the count of THREE, say out loud, "THANK YOU LORD JESUS FOR THE SALVATION THAT FILLS MY HEART, I LOVE YOU NOW AND FOREVER, AMEN!

CLOSING PRAYER

You Lord are the Creator. We are Your created. You are GOD. We are Your people. You are our Father. We are Your children. We love You and thank You for our every beat of our hearts and every breath of life, and for our salvation unto eternal life through Jesus the Christ. In HIS name we pray, AMEN

SUNDAY MESSAGE

"WHO IS WISE?...WHO IS PRUDENT?"

Hosea 14:9

OPENING PRAYER

Father God, Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit thank You for gathering us to congregation on this Holy Day. Allow us Wisdom, bless us with open ears, hearts and soul as we receive Your message from on High in the precious name of Jesus the Christ, AMEN

MESSAGE

Who is wise? Let him understand these things. Who is prudent? Let him know them. For the ways of the LORD are right; The righteous walk in them, But transgressors stumble in them. (Hos 14:9 NKJV)

Hosea the Prophet stands tall as an EMERGENCY WARNING BEACON to Northern Israel. He raises his voice loudly, pointing to the heavens, preaching... "God's chosen people have again strayed from the Word of the Lord"! But now, in the year 8 BC, just a few years before the birth of our Christ, this collective nation has turned away from GOD, and embraced vulgar and man made LUSTFUL gods for sensual pleasure! The Message is perfectly clear, and stated in the simplest of terms, " Y'ALL ARE ON THE HIGHWAY TO HELL!! The Northern KINGDOM of Israel is about to be no more!!

The book of Hosea is located right after Daniel. Time is closing fast and the will of the Lord will be had with the Jewish portion separated to the North, and Judah to the South. Hosea's mission is to confront Israel with the GOSPEL TRUTH before the Lord moves against them for turning away from Him.

His message is simply this...Therefore, to you who believe,-- [the promised Savior] is precious;-- but to those who are disobedient, "THE STONE WHICH THE BUILDERS REJECTED HAS BECOME THE CHIEF CORNERSTONE," and "A STONE OF STUMBLING AND A ROCK OF OFFENSE." They stumble, being disobedient to the word, to which they also were appointed. (1Pe 2:7-8 NKJV)

The Jews had great difficulty in grasping the scope of GOD'S Call to REPENT. They naturally thought the CALL OF GOD to REPENT was only directed to them. They were wrong. The call to REPENT and to SALVATION went out to everyone on the face of the earth! We know then through the moniker "THE WHO-SO-EVERS" who call His name (Jesus) SHALL BE SAVED! (Rom 10:9)   He who has ears to hear, let him hear! (Mat 11:15 NKJV)

Hosea acquired wisdom from Proverbs TEN, that reminded the hearers "The way of the LORD is strength for the upright, But destruction will come to the workers of iniquity. The righteous will never be removed, But the wicked will not inhabit the earth. (Pro 10:29-30 NKJV)

Whoever is wise will observe these things, And they will understand the lovingkindness of the LORD. (Psa 107:43 NKJV) When we open our eyes to see, as the Lord will open the door to understanding; the light of truth will shine brightly just as Holy Scripture records: "The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness! (Mat 6:22-23 NKJV)

SUMMARY

The Apostle John adds this PRUDENT portion; If anyone wills to do His will, he shall know concerning the doctrine, whether it is from God or whether I speak on My own authority. He who speaks from himself seeks his own glory; but He who seeks the glory of the One who sent Him is true, and no unrighteousness is in Him. (Joh 7:17-18 NKJV) The HOLY SPIRIT resides in you, in cohabitation with YOUR conscience, listen to HIS quiet voice!

This last Bible Verse points out just how we should be BOTH PRUDENT and at the same time VERY WISE! ; For whoever has, to him more will be given, and he will have abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him. (Mat 13:12 NKJV) Back in my non-prudent, and UN-wise days of youth, I could never understand why our GOD would take away EVEN WHAT a man HAD and leave him with nothing!

Much later, as the years and decades piled up, I finely put the pieces together. When the Lord opens the door to one of the talents HE gave you well before you were born, use the gifts to be a LIGHT in someone elses life, and allow them to see JESUS through you! For he or she to purposely avoid using a talent given by God. In that moment, the Lord will remove from you HE had planned for you, and now HE has delivered it to someone else. Today, when I read it again, WISDOM and PRUDENCE brought me LIGHT!

CLOSING PRAYER

O' Lord, in the book of James, chapter 3, we are told that when we lack wisdom, we should pray and the Lord will fill us to the brim. Let this be our collective prayer on this Holy Day. Fill us O' Lord to overflowing with wisdom from on High, in the name of Jesus the Christ, AMEN.
